When should I take an intensive?

Whether you've ben coming a couple weeks or years, Intensives will help you learn more about the essential exercises in that particular class. Don't let the time length of the class intimidate you, it's not a fast paced 4 hour workout!! Intensives provide the opportunity to go in-depth to each level of class so you get the most out of your regular group classes.

Plus.... who doesn't want to spend some extra time with their favorite instructors?!

MAT Deep Core Toning

REFORMER Deep Core Toning

Master the basics on the Reformer. Sculpt your legs, hips, feet, shoulders & arms and get the most out of every move on this phenomenal machine. Only 17 spots available. Gain insight & knowledge about how to make each reformer exercise work for you.

Ballet Barre

Ever wonder what makes dancers so graceful? Spoiler: it's not the tights! The secret lies in neutral joints and balance of movement. Learn the tips to toning your legs, glutes, feet, and arms like a ballet tutu required!

The Pilates Chair is an amazing tool for balance, proprioception, core strength and resistance training. Like the Pilates reformer machine, Joseph Pilates created this piece of equipment to elongate muscles while strengthening and toning the deep stabilizing muscles around each joint. If you have yet to try a class or are looking to increase your knowledge and confidence join us for the intensive!
