Paul is the owner of Spine and Joint Rehabilitation and Studio One Pilates. He is a Certified Advanced Rolfer and the originator of VASIE Pilates and a graduate of the Wharton School of Business. Paul has over 20 years of experience teaching and working with bodies through both exercise and manual therapy (Rolfing).
Paul’s goal is to continue to create and operate comprehensive programs that will give clients the tools and services to systematically and predictably improve their levels of:
1. Pain: Eliminate & Reduce Pain
2. Performance: Improve conditioning, posture
3. Integration and Balance: Structural Integration Therapies can be applied over years and even decades to reduce the postural, movement, and muscular compensations associated with age and injury. Well integrated bodies feel, move, and look great.
Paul suffered chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain and headaches for over 20 years. Paul spent over $100,000 and tried a large variety of therapies to regain his function and his life. Studio One Pilates and Spine and Joint Rehabilitation Associates are his way of offering the healing arts that helped him the most. Research shows that the majority of typical muscular, postural, and joint issues can be greatly reduced or eliminated through consistent and systematic application of proper exercise, manual therapy, and education. The mission of Spine and Joint Rehabilitation and Studio One is to bring these therapies together and coordinate their application through a group of excellent practitioners.
Paul founded Spine and Joint Rehabilitation Associates to help people to have more integrated, resilient, and timeless bodies. Paul expects his clients to continually improve their posture and movement and presence into their 60’s and beyond. He wants this to be your expectation as well. VASIE Pilates and consistent structural integration and manual therapy sessions are the basis for this new standard of care. Manual therapy sessions have become the “next step” or plateau buster for many Studio One clients. They report guilt because they feel that they have cheated the system.
As CEO of Studio One Pilates and Spine and Joint Rehabilitation, Paul currently does not take on new clients. He is devoting his full time effort to creating and improving better communication, education, and more systematic and predictable systems to help people to get out of pain, improve conditioning, and create an optimal body for better living.
