The VASIE Pilates glute V

Healthy, strong glutes are more than a shape or the ability to do an activity, Functional glutes that support your knees and low back have one thing in common. Visually you can see a “V” of muscles and connective tissue along the sacrum and tail-bone. Seeing this means the deepest fibers of the glutes are working while you are walking and stabilizing your back.

What is the VASIE “V”? Notice, some people have a “V” at the top of their pelvis around the sacrum, regardless of weight, age, or how fit they are. It is a strong fascial connection that supports the sacrum.
