Why I came to Studio One as a client
I had been a personal trainer for years and teaching lots of Yoga classes when I tore my hamstring. I decided I needed to do something different, to strengthen my hamstrings and stabilizers. The results I achieved at Studio One made me a believer in the unique program and it's been over two years since my injury.
I have been a Wellness coach for the last six years, I worked with participants on goal-setting, mostly to help with weight loss, better nutrition, fitness and stress reduction. I started practicing Yoga over twenty years ago and I've been teaching for the last four years. I have been an ACE-certified personal trainer for over ten years with special training as a clinical exercise specialist and in exercise programming for special populations. I really enjoy helping people and learning new skills to improve what I have to offer my students.

Finding wild open spaces, even in the city, while hiking with my dogs!
The Real Housewives shows (I know they are horrible!)
