Your pelvic floor: anatomy, activate, alignment a unique, FUN, and educational event to learn about the how to improve pelvic health and overall wellness in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere where we can easily laugh and learn; and all the questions you've always wanted to ask - from the bedroom to the bathroom.

Graduated from Washington State University with a BS in biology and earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2001 from Pacific University. Melissa specializes in pelvic health and orthopedics. Melissa is certified through the IAOM-US in orthopedic manual therapy for both the spine and extremities. She has been treating pelvic health conditions for both women and men for over 8 years with advanced training in pre and postpartum musculoskeletal dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, overactive bladder, urinary/fecal incontinence and pelvic pain. Melissa has been co-teaching the Postpartum Pilates class for over 4 years.
