1. Learn how to engage & strengthen your core.
2. Learn 6 essential exercises to keep your joints safe and get the most out of each workout.
3. Get a 45-minute sample workout and take your core for a test drive. 
Each Pilates 101 class is staffed with a team of 2-3 awesome instructors to help you get the most out of every move.
