Whole Body Boot Camp [beginner]


This class is taught by:
Be sure to attend Jump Start 101 before attending your first Whole Body Boot Camp Class. 
 
The Whole Body Boot Camp includes:
- Mat work for upper body tone
- Barre work for stronger feet, legs and increased flexibility
- Reformer work for resistance training and endurance

The class is 1-hour long, three days a week (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) for 12 classes.
This class is designed for beginners!
